Each retreat is customized to the needs of the ministry or church. The hosting ministry is asked to invite 'Fathers' to participate at the end of the program by giving The Father's Blessing. Kingdom Outpost will provide a number of marketing materials (ie posters, post cards, flyers and a press release). These materials were created in Microsoft Publisher and provided at no charge to the host on a CD. Wherever we minister, we are submitted to the authority of the pastor and leadership of the host.
The host is asked to provide:
A facility
Lunch and optional continental breakfast
"Fathers" for the Father's Blessing

Lunch Suggestions
In most churches the same group of ladies always serve and miss a lot of ministry. An hour will be provided for lunch. In order for no one to miss any of the ministry here are some suggestions:
1. Allow the men to serve the ladies 2. A simple menu of prepared foods, quickly presented 3. Food bars - soup/sandwiches, baked potato/salad bars, pasta 4. Bring a dish - pot luck 5. Catered lunch 6. CHOCOLATE!
The host can charge a fee for lunch; however, our experience is the best attended meetings charge no fees. It is our desire that everyone be able to attend, regardless of finances, and without being made to feel uncomfortable.
